India’s middle order Batsman in Test, Rohit Sharma not to be a part of 15 men squad against Australia’s Test series which is going to be held in earlier 2017.
Rohit Sharma got an injury on his right Thigh during the 5th ODI against New Zealand which was held on 29th October. He undergone a surgery in London and now he is recovering well.
According to the reports, the BCCI said “The medical team of the BCCI confirms that India batsman Rohit Sharma underwent a surgery on his right thigh on Friday, November 11, 2016 in London. The procedure was successful and Rohit will be discharged from the hospital in the next 24 hours.”
“BCCI medical team is constantly monitoring his treatment and will oversee his recovery, towards becoming match fit,” it added.
Rohit Sharma himself tweets on his Twitter account that “All went well. Thank you for your good wishes. Can’t wait to be back at it.”

He has to take more than 12 weeks for his recovery so we miss him in the Australia’s Test series.
